"Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to me...."

Happy Birthday to my "lil Scoobie" who is turning 2 tomorrow while I'm also celebrating my __ birthday! She was my very special birthday present 2 years ago, due June 8th (my Mom's birthday) but waited the extra 9 days to be born on my birthday! We had a little backyard party for her this last weekend and I think we'll probably head over to Javier's for some ceviche de pescado (my favorite) tomorrow! Yum. Ooh, and their bruchetta del mar is also unspeakably delicious! Fish, shrimp and scallops! My mouth is watering. Has anyone else been there? We used to go to the one in Laguna (my favorite beach) but it no longer resides there... so we'll go a little more inland to check out the one at the Irvine Spectrum.
